The D-Trans is an automatic loading and unloading system designed for laser cutting machines. Its standard configuration includes a base frame with a guide rail and an integrated control cabinet, compounded suction cups, and a double-fork unit. The vacuum and fork units are combined into one mobile unit, with adjustable suction cup positions to accommodate various standard-sized sheets based on customer requirements. The double-fork design enables the fork unit to securely hold cut sheets from both sides and unload them onto the cut sheet table. Additionally, the system is equipped with essential safety features such as a safety fence and light curtain.
